What to Expect

Our Couples Therapy sessions typically last 1 hour and 20 minutes, tailored to your needs and objectives. We use a proactive and directive approach that often leads to shorter durations .

  • Initial Session

    During your first meeting, you will discuss your history as a couple and what brings you to Couples Therapy.

  • Second Session

    During the following week, you’ll each have an individual session with the Therapist to delve into your personal history so that your Therapist knows how to support you better in the couples work.

  • Third Session

    In the third week, we will identify the relational dynamic and establish autonomous and collaborative goals. We will map out how to get you where you want to go.
