Whether you have just become a father or are a father of multiple children entering a new developmental stage in your children’s lives, the transition can be stressful and overwhelming. It can lead to discord with your partner, can impact your ability to be the father you want to be, and it can cloud your professional goals and aspirations.
This curriculum has been a vision of Joel’s since he became a father and had to manage the transition while also managing a demanding career. His goal is to create a space for men to have real conversations about this while also giving practical tools to overcome its challenges.
